This is a well designed waterfront property that experienced wind and rain storm related damage to the roof and the interior prior to 2024. In 2024 all roof under sheathing and the water barrier system were put in place, teak look soffits were installed and all wood replaced. The clay roof tiles have been removed from the previous roof and are stacked in the driveway. The hip and ridge tiles need to be ordered.
